Personal
I am a lifetime Hawaii resident and was born and raised on the island of Oahu. I graduated from Leilehua High School and later graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Business Administration. My current hobbies include spending time with my family, deep sea fishing, golf, tennis, and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations.
Professional
I have been an active licensed Realtor® in the State of Hawaii since 1987 and over the years have helped many people and families to buy and sell homes throughout the island of Oahu and on the Neighbor islands. My work has included sales of single family homes, apartment buildings, condo apartments, townhouses, vacant land, residential property management, and some commercial leasing. This experience has given me the benefit of a very broad-based perspective on the Hawaii real estate market. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council ("REBAC") of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
A Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®) is a REALTOR® who has earned certification from the Council of Residential Specialists by completing a rigorous course of advanced training, and by meeting significant experience requirements. Just 5% of all REALTORS® in the U.S. can call themselves a Certified Residential Specialist.
